Location. Equipmentin the bathroom.
No european electricity plugs. By chance, it was not very late when we understood that, and asked personnel at the reception to help. So had got one power supply adaptor. 5 minutes later this problem appeares to be unresolvable/

great central spot close to parks and attractions
I had a fantastic time taking short walks to the Matterhorn Museum just a few steps away and enjoying the serene views at the nearby Obere Matten playground, where I could relax and soak in the beautiful scenery.

We had a pleasant stay during Christmas holidays.
Rooms were well-kept and nicely decorated and provided with balcony and Matterhorn view, for instance. Location: the hotel was right by cable car station, Rothorn and Gornergrat, and shops, other hotels and bars...
